How to Use the Solution
You will need a container with a narrow spout, like a bottle, neti weed, or light bulb syringe. Once you have your own pot, and your saline solution (which should be at a lukewarm temperature), you are willing to go. Follow these simple steps:
Lower Your Head Over the Sink.
Turn your neck to one side, so that one nostril is down.
Pour the Solution Into Top of the Nostril.
